A note on RERA registration
Real estate agents in Punjab are required to register under Section 9 of the RERA Act, 2016 when they facilitate a sale made directly by a promoter (a developer or a development authority) within a project registered under the Act. Our work is centred on agricultural and rural land, and on helping builders and developers acquire such land before any project exists. Neither involves a promoter selling within a registered project, so that registration requirement doesn't apply to the services described on this site.
